Not necessarily. Some clients decide to purchase a package without an initial consulation as they are confident with what they need or may have been referred by one of our regular clients. When this happens, we will still gather all information from you by performing a detailed lifestyle assessment prior to developing your training and nutrition program.
Our online personal training packages allow you to benefit from the skills and expertise of our experienced trainers, no matter where you are in the world. Once you sign up for online training, you will have your dedicated trainer with you at every step.
Online personal training takes place remotely and therefore does not involve one-to-one contact with a personal trainer. To reflect this, our online personal training packages are set at a lower price point than in-person training.
Online personal training can be incredibly effective. Our system gets our clients incredible results as we ensure we are in regular contact to support every client. Through our mobile app, you will be able to chat to your coach daily for any guidance needed with the program. Every week you’ll have a video call with your coach to ask questions, get feedback, and be guided by your coach. We’ve found this system works better than anything else we’ve seen or tried, because it creates an environment where you don’t just do what your coach says and become dependent on following a regimented plan. Instead, we give you the tools and skills to learn everything you need, so that you reach your goals and keep going for sustainable success.

Yes, provided you have a doctor’s sign off we can work with your care team to ensure your plan is appropriate for your condition. Improving your nutrition and fitness can help improve many chronic health issues.
All our coaches are certified Personal Trainers and hold internationally recognized certifications.
We use three main metrics to measure your progress:
– Weight
– Measurements
– Photos
These will all be recorded inside the our app and will never be accessed or shared by anyone other than your coach without your permission.
Having a gym membership is not a requirement. We develop training plans that are suitable for your lifestyle and needs. If you prefer to workout at home or in your hotel room, we will accommodate your needs and design a program that will benefit you.
You’ll be able to watch “how to” videos within the our App for every workout your coach assigns you.
